Abstract:Dandanes je vse bolj pomembno, da podjetja neprestano posodabljajo in optimizirajo svoje proizvodne procese, da čim bolj zmanjšajo čas izdelave izdelka ter stroške izdelave. Vse to je pomembno za ohranjanje konkurenčnosti na trgu. V diplomski nalogi sem optimiziral postavitev proizvodnje v novi hali podjetja Reseda d.o.o. Analiziral sem dobljene podatke s strani podjetja ter preračunal izkoriščenost delovnih mest. Določil sem teoretično najboljšo optimalno postavitev delovnega mesta in proizvodnje, ki bi predstavljala najboljše rezultate za podjetje. S tem bi podjetje potrebovalo manj delavcev za opravljanje istega dela, izboljšalo pa bi se tudi zadovoljstvo delavcev.

Title:Optimization of production in company reseda
Abstract:Nowadays, it is more and more important for companies to constantly update and optimize their production processes to minimize manufacturing time of a product aswell as manufacturing costs. All of that is important for maintaining competition in the market. In my thesis I optimized the layout of production in the new hall of the company Reseda d.o.o. I analyzed the data obtained by the company and calculated the utilization of workplaces. I determined theoretically the most optimal layout of the workplace and production that would present the best results for the company. With that, the company would require fewer workers to do the same work and would improve employee satisfaction.
