Abstract:Tudi v Sloveniji je vse več ekološke pridelave ter povpraševanja po ekoloških pridelkih, zato smo v diplomskem delu izdelali preusmeritveni načrt za manjšo sadjarsko vinogradniško kmetijo Fištravec iz Slovenskih Goric. S pomočjo metode kalkulacij skupnih stroškov je bila ocenjena ekonomska upravičenost preusmeritve kmetije iz konvencionalne v ekološko. Kalkulacije so bile izdelane za vsa tri obdobja, in sicer za obdobje konvencionalne kmetije, obdobje kmetije v preusmeritvi ter obdobje kmetije po preusmeritvi, ko je kmetija ekološka. Kalkulacije skupnih stroškov so pokazale, da je preusmeritev kmetije Fištravec ekonomsko upravičena, saj se je koeficient ekonomičnosti iz 1,10 v konvencionalni pridelavi povišal na 1,51 v ekološki pridelavi.

Title:Conversion Plan Economics for a Fruit and Wine Farm to an Organic Farm - a Case Study
Abstract:In Slovenia, the amount of organic production and the demand for organic products is increasing. Therefore, in this diploma thesis a conversion plan for the small fruit and wine farm Fištravec from Slovenske Gorice was prepared. With the method of calculating total costs the economic justification of the conversion from a conventional to an organic farm was evaluated. Calculations were made for all three periods, the period of the conventional farming, the conversion period and the period of the farm after conversion when the farm would go organic. Calculations of total costs showed, that the conversion of the Fištravec farm is economically justified, as the coefficient of economy increased from 1,10 in conventional production, to 1,51 in organic production.
