Abstract:
Osnovna ideja informacijskega modeliranja gradenj (BIM) je izboljšati kvaliteto projektov z izboljšanjem kvalitete projektantskih rešitev. Informacijski model gradnje (BIM-model) integrira prostorske 3D-objekte z informacijami relevantnimi za fazo načrtovanja, gradnje in vzdrževanja. Naloga se osredotoča na pomen BIM v fazi načrtovanja. S programsko opremo za BIM je bila izvedena študija in demonstracija BIM-modeliranja preproste stavbe. Predstavljen je tudi BIM-model športnega objekta z namenom prikaza uporabe BIM pri kompleksnejših projektih.

Title:
Building information modeling (BIM):meaning and examples
Abstract:
The main objective of building information modelling (BIM) is to improve the quality of projects through the enhancement of the quality of their deliverables, namely by the enrichment of the information included. The building information model integrates spatial 3D objects and assigns them information relevant for design, construction and operation. The thesis focuses on the importance of BIM in the design phase. Therefore, BIM software tools were used to study and demonstrate the BIM modelling of a simple house. Additionally, a BIM model of a sports facility was presented to demonstrate the use of BIM on larger design projects.
