Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena izdelava vpenjalne priprave za varjenje ohišja sedeža, ki je bila izdelana v podjetju KAL d.o.o. Vpenjalna priprava, ki se je uporabljala pred izdelavo nove, je bila dotrajana, okvirji sedežev zvarjeni na njej pa niso bili več v okviru zahtevane kakovosti. Z uporabo nove vpenjalne priprave se je skrajšal čas sestave ter zmanjšal izmet. V prvem delu magistrske naloge je prikazana zasnova vpenjalne priprave. V drugem delu so predstavljeni stroji in naprave ter koraki izdelave vpenjalne priprave. V tretjem delu pa je predstavljena stroškovna kalkulacija. Vpenjalna priprava se je izkazala za zelo uporaben izdelek v podjetju.

Title:
Manufacturing of clamping device for seat frame welding
Abstract:
This masters thesis introduces the production of a clamping device used to weld the seat casing, which is made by the company KAL d.o.o. The clamping device which was used before the new one was made, was already worn out and the frames of the seats which were welded on it didn't fall within the required quality. The use of a new clamping device reduced the assembly time and manufacturing scrap. The first part of this masters thesis introduces the design of the clamping device. The second part presents the machines, devices and steps by which the clamping device was made. The third part includes the calculation of costs. The clamping device has proved to be a very useful product for the company.
