Abstract:Zaključno delo v prvem, teoretičnem delu, obravnava problematiko ropov, predvsem tistih, ki so jih storilci izvedli v finančnih ustanovah. Te so zaradi skoncentriranih vrednosti denarnih in drugih sredstev izrazito izpostavljene varnostnim tveganjem, ki v najhujših primerih lahko vključuje ubite posameznike (zaposlene, uporabnike, naključne druge). Uniformirani policisti in kriminalisti morajo biti vseskozi na preži in pripravljeni za »akcijo«, saj so roparji finančnih ustanov izjemno iznajdljivi, agresivni, nepredvidljivi itd. Tega se morajo še zlasti zavedati zaposleni, ki se lahko iz oči v oči znajdejo pred njimi, takrat ko to najmanj pričakujejo in so zaradi tega pogosto nepripravljeni in lažje obvladljivi, viktimizirani.

Title:Roberies in the financial institutions
Abstract:In the theoretical first part diploma addresses the problematic of robberies, especially the ones which were executed by perpetrators in financial institutions. These are exposed to higher security risks due to concentrated money and other assets, which can include killed individuals (employees, users, random others). Uniformed police officers and detectives must be always prepared and ready for "action", due to extreme cleverness, aggression, unpredictability etc. of perpetrators who rob financial institutions. Employees should be especially aware of this fact for the reason they could also face them face-to-face, when the least expect it, so they are usually unprepared and easily handled and victimized by perpetrators.
