Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno in analizirano delovanje centralnega skladišča podjetja Apollo d. o. o. ,ki se ukvarja z veleprodajo izdelkov za otroke in dojenčke. Podrobneje je opisan potek izvajanja skladiščnih blagovnih procesov prevzema in odpreme blaga ter identificirana aktualna problemska področja. Osrednji del naloge se ukvarja z razvojem idejne zasnove modula za reševanje težav servisne enote v skladišču. Prikazani sta tudi dve potencialni rešitvi za optimizacijo izmenjave palet med skladiščem in strankami. Za identificirano problematiko raztovarjanja blaga so predstavljene tri različne variante sistema Copal. Kot zadnja idejna rešitev je predstavljena izgradnjo nove skladiščne hale in novodobni avtomatizirani sistem skladiščenja AutoStore. Na koncu je izvedena tudi kvantifikacija predlaganih idejnih rešitev.
