Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava projektiranje in izbiro elektroenergetske opreme. Za določevaje elektroenergetske opreme je bil uporabljen standard SIST EN 60909-0. Na osnovi standarda je bil izveden izračun maksimalnega in minimalnega kratkostičnega toka za izbiro opreme in ustrezne zaščite. Namen diplomske naloge je bilo prikazati novosti in postopek za izdelavo projekta po novi zakonodaji. V prvem delu je podrobno opisan posodobljen standard SIST EN 60909-0 iz leta 2016. Nato je na kratko opisana standardizacija. V nadaljevanju se vsebina nanaša na okvarne razmere v EES. V zaključku diplomske naloge je predstavljeno priprava postopka izdelave projekta, nov gradbeni zakon in primer izračuna kratkostičnih veličin po metodi iz starejšega in novejšega standarda SIST EN 60909-0.

Title:Designing of power engineering devices with consideration of new legislation
Abstract:This diploma thesis addresses the planning and defining of power engineering devices. For defining of engineering devices standard SIST EN 60909-0 is used. With the help of standard SIST EN 60909-0 suitable protection for power engineering devices can be defined on base of calculation of maximal and minimal short-circuit current. The purpose of this study is to show the novelties and the procedure for constructing a project with consideration of new legislation. In the first part there is a thorough presentation of standard SIST EN 60909-0 published in 2016. Afterward there is a short presentation of standardization. Furthermore there is a description of fault conditions in electrical power grid. In conclusion there is a presentation of construction of a project, new Construction law and one example of short-circuit values with consideration of methods from the old and novelized standard SIST EN 60909-0.
