Abstract:Želja vsakega podjetja je ustvarjenje maksimalnega dobička z namenom nadaljnjega razvoja in obstoja na trgu. V tej želji se je podjetje Geberit-proizvodnja d.o.o. preselilo na novo lokacijo in organiziralo proizvodnjo po metodi kanban. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena analiza sistema kanban v proizvodnji polnilnih ventilov tipa 333, pri čemer je predmet obdelave predvsem supermarket in njegove vmesne zaloge. Analiza proizvodnega sistema vodi do primerjave med idealnimi pogoji, v katerih bi lahko sistem kanban deloval, in dejansko proizvodnjo, v kateri je sistem kanban že vzpostavljen. Na osnovi opravljene analize lahko potrdimo, da metoda kanban prinese v proizvodni proces večjo preglednost nad zalogami ter samim proizvodnim procesom. Sistem kanban tako omogoči podjetju zmožnost prilagajanja zalog, da je proizvodni proces čimbolj racionalen.

Title:Analysis of the kanban system in the production of filling valves type 333 at company geberit d.o.o.
Abstract:The desire of every company is to make maximum profit in order to further develop and exist in the market. In this desire, Geberit-manufacturing d.o.o. moved to a new location and organized production by kanban method. The diploma thesis presents an analysis of the Kanban system in the production of filling valves type 333, with the focus on the supermarket and its intermediate supplies. The analysis of the production system leads to a comparison between the ideal conditions in which the kanban system could operate and the actual production in which the kanban system is already established. Based on our analysis, we can confirm that the kanban method brings more transparency to the production process over stocks and the production process itself. The kanban system thus gives the company the ability to adjust inventory so that the production process is as streamlined as possible.
