Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo opisali in naredili raziskavo vsakoletnega projekta šole in tekmovanja v študiji primera, ki ga organizira Študentski svet Fakultete za organizacijske vede v sodelovanju s Kariernim centrom Fakultete za organizacijske vede. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri so vzroki za neudeležbo študentov na tovrstnem dogodku, pridobili smo mnenje vprašanih o razvijanju kompetenc med sodelovanjem in o razlogih, zakaj bi se tega dogodka udeležili oziroma kaj bi vprašane pritegnilo k sodelovanju. Sodelujoči v anketnem vprašalniku so bili študenti Fakultete za organizacijske vede, ki so na izobraževanju in tekmovanju bodisi že tekmovali ali pa s tovrstnim dogodkom nimajo izkušenj. Pripravili smo predlog modela izobraževanja in tekmovanja v študiji primera, v katerem smo glede na pridobljene odzive na anketni vprašalnik ter z raziskovanjem tovrstnega projekta oziroma dogodka podali predloge za izboljšave in bolj kontinuiran razvoj omenjenega projekta v prihodnje.

Title:
Competition development of the case study
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis we described and made a research of the annual school project and competition of a case study that is organized by the Student Council of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in cooperation with the Career Centre of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The aim of the research was to identify the reasons for the students' non-participation in this event. We collected the opinion of respondents on the development of the competences during the cooperation and on the reasons why they would attend this event or what would attract the respondents to participate and more. Respondents of the questionnaire were students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences who have either already competed in the education and competition or who have no experience with this event. We prepared a proposal for a model of education and competition in a case study in which - in the light of the acquired responses to the questionnaire and with the research of this project or event - we made proposals for improvements and more continuous development of this project in the future.
