Abstract:V delu diplomskega projekta smo se posvetili uporabi odločanja po več kriterijih na primeru izbire ustrezne dolgoročne investicije v delnice. Vse več je podjetij in posameznikov, ki se odločajo za finančne naložbe in med njimi se jih veliko odloča za investicije v delnice. Predstavili smo tudi osnovno potrebno teoretično znanje za investiranje v delnice, kot so predstavitev finančnih naložb, tehnična in temeljna analiza. Investiranje v delnice je kompleksen in večkriterialni problem, saj so prisotni številni kriteriji, ki so med sabo tudi konfliktni, zato smo se odločili, da rešimo ta problem s pomočjo metod odločanja po več kriterijih hkrati. V nadaljevanju smo se ukvarjali s problemom posameznika, ki želi dolgoročno investirati svoja presežna sredstva v delnice nekega podjetja. Problem smo reševali po fazah reševanja problema odločanja po več kriterijih hkrati s pomočjo računalniške programske rešitve Web-HIPRE. Odločali smo se med petimi različnimi podjetji, v katere je posameznik bil pripravljen vložiti svoja presežna sredstva. Z ustreznim reševanjem problema smo prišli do zaključka, da je podjetje ConocoPhillips najbolj primerno za dolgoročno investicijo. V delu diplomskega projekta smo pokazali, da je odločanje po več kriterijih hkrati primerno in zelo uporabno pri investicijah v delnice, saj smo uporabili dvanajst različnih kriterijev, ki smo jih upoštevali pri končni odločitvi. Ta pristop pa je primeren tudi za nakup več delnic, če nočemo vložiti vseh presežnih sredstev v eno podjetje, kar je lahko včasih tudi nevarno. Tudi borzni posredniki uporabljajo pristop odločanja po več kriterijih hkrati, saj je zelo nevarno upoštevati samo en ali samo nekaj kriterijev pri investiranju v delnice.

Title:Choosing Suitable Stock for Longterm Investment Based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making
Abstract:In the graduation project, we devoted ourselves to the use of decision-making by several criteria in the case of selecting an appropriate long-term investment in stocks. There are more and more companies and individuals who decide on financial investments, and many of them are deciding for investments in stocks. We also presented the basic necessary theoretical knowledge for investments in stocks such as: presentation of financial investments, technical and fundamental analysis. Investing in stocks is a complex and multicriterial problem, since there are many criteria present, which are also conflicting with each other, so we decided to solve this problem using the multi-criteria decision making method. In the continuation, we dealt with the problem of an individual who wants to invest his surplus of assets into stocks of a certain company. The problem was solved with using phases of multi-criteria decision making with the help of a computer software solution Web-HIPRE. We were choosing between five different companies, in which the individual was willing to invest his surplus assets. By properly solving the problem, we came to the conclusion that ConocoPhillips is the most suitable company for a long-term investment. In the graduation project, we have shown that using multi-criteria decision making is both convenient and very useful for investing in stocks, since we used twelve different criteria that were taken into account in the final decision. This approach is also suitable for the purchase of several stocks, if we do not want to invest all of our surplus into one company, which can sometimes be dangerous. Brokers also use multi-criteria decision-making approach, since it is very dangerous to consider only one or a couple of criteria for investing in stocks.
