Abstract:
V diplomskem projektu je predstavljeno vodenje v podjetju TrendNET d.o.o. ter možnosti izboljšanja vodenja na osnovi izvedene ankete ter analize odzivov vključenih vodij procesov. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta je predstavljeno vodenje, kot ključni gradnik uspešnega in razvijajočega podjetja, načini vodenja podjetja, motivacije in na kaj moramo biti pozorni, da je vodenje uspešno. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno podjetje TrendNET d.o.o., njegova organizacijska struktura, sistem vodenja, ter izvedena anketa s predlogi izboljšav. S posodobitvijo komunikacij med vodji procesov in člani timov ter digitalizacijo vodenja, bi se dvignila stopnje motivacije na višji nivo in vzpodbudila pozitivna tekmovalnost med zaposlenimi.

Title:
Improving leadership in the company TrendNET d. o. o.
Abstract:
This project present and analysis menagemet and leadership in the company TrendNET d.o.o.. The purspose is to improve leadership in the company TrendNET d.o.o. based on conducted survey, focused on process leaders responsible to fullfile strategic goals. The theoretical part presents theoretical basis of management as key of a successfull and envolving company, managment, motivation and how to be a successfull leader. After that follows a presentation of the company TrendNET d.o.o. with analyzed survey about current leadership situation. With improved communications and e-management, the level of motivation will be raised to a higher level and positive competition will be encouraged.
