Title:Ocena tveganja za nastanek kostno mišičnih obolenj pri delu operacijske medicinske sestre

Abstract:Izhodišče: V magistrskem delu smo želeli oceniti tveganje za nastanek kostno-mišičnih obolenj pri delu operacijske medicinske sestre. V empiričnem delu smo raziskali, pod kakšnimi delovnimi obremenitvami delujejo OPR MS, kako te obremenitve vplivajo na njihovo zdravstveno stanje ter v daljšem časovnem obdobju prikazali, s kako težkimi bremeni rokujejo pri svojem delu. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Sestavili smo anketni vprašalnik s 16 vprašanji zaprtega tipa. Analizirali smo ga s pomočjo statističnega programa SPSS ter programa Microsoft Excel. Prikazali smo teže mrež z inštrumenti treh različnih operacijskih sob ter v obdobju enega leta prikazali, s kakšnimi bremeni se OPR MS srečujejo pri svojem delu. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da delovni pogoji več kot polovici anketiranih OPR MS (53,8 %) predstavljajo precejšno obremenjenost. Najpogosteje so anketirane OPR MS v zadnjih 12 mesecih čutile bolečino v spodnjem delu hrbta (78,7 %). V operacijski sobi za splošno in abdominalno kirurgijo posamezna OPR MS v obdobju enega leta dvigne in prenese 26.770,5 kg, v operacijski sobi za žilno kirurgijo 3.097,6 kg ter v operacijski sobi za ortopedijo in športne poškodbe 39.246,2 kg na leto. Diskusija in zaključek: OPR MS se na svojem delovnem mestu velikokrat počutijo obremenjene in po koncu delovnega dne fizično in psihično izčrpane. Menimo, da bi bilo dobro razmisliti o dodatnih ukrepih in pripomočkih, ki bi OPR MS omogočile manjše fizične obremenitve na delovnem mestu.

Title:Assessment of health risk for development of musculoskeletal disorders associated with perioperative nurses
Abstract:The premise: the purpose of this master's thesis is to assess the risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders among operating room nurses. In the empirical part of the thesis we did research on the amount of workload assigned to OR nurses and how the workload affects their health. We also presented data on how much heavy load they have to handle over a longer period of time. Research methodology and methods: a survey questionnaire of 16 close-ended questions was created. The results were analyzed through statistical software SPSS and Microsoft Excel. We measured the weight of surgical baskets with instruments from three different operating rooms. We also showed what kind of load OR nurses have to handle in their work over one year period. Results: We established that the working conditions present considerable workload for more than half (53.8 %) of OR nurses surveyed. The surveyed OR nurses most often reported low back pain (78.7 %) in the last 12 months. In one year a single OR nurse must lift and move 26.770,5 kg in the OR for general and abdominal surgery, 3.097,6 kg in the OR for vascular surgery and 39.246,2 kg in the OR for orthopedics and sport injuries. Discussion and summary: OR nurses often experience high workload in their workplace and are physically and psychologically exhausted at the end of a workday. We believe that additional measures and instruments are needed to alleviate the physical workload in their workplace.
