Abstract:Zaradi želje, da bi znižali negativen vpliv na okolje in poslovali racionalno in trajnostno smo se uprli na koncept Zero Waste. Po preučitvi obstoječega stanja smo preko smernic koncepta Zero Waste in primerov dobrih praks drugih hotelov raziskali, kako bi le te lahko vključili v naše delovanje in okolje.

Title:The concept of Zero Waste in a hotel
Abstract:Due to the wish to reduce the negative impact on the environment and to operate rationally and sustainably, we have explored the Zero Waste concept. After examining the existing situation, through the guidelines of the Zero Waste concept and examples of good practices of other hotels, we explored how we can integrate them into our work and environment.
