Title:Študija primera izboljšave skupne učinkovitosti v proizvodnem procesu

Abstract:Tehnološka zahtevnost proizvodov, visoki standardi kakovosti, omejene proizvodne kapacitete in svetovna konkurenca silijo podjetja k stalnim izboljšavam in zagotavljanju dobičkonosnosti. S tem namenom je v magistrski nalogi predstavljena praktična izvedba projekta izboljšave obstoječega proizvodnega procesa, ki je lahko osnova za podobne primere v različnih okolji. Z ustrezno strukturiranim pregledom, analizo, izvedbo in korekcijami smo proizvodnemu procesu občutno izboljšali rezultat, sodelovali pa smo neposredno z zaposlenimi in jih pri njihovem utečenem delu usmerjali ter dopolnjevali. Organizacijsko-procesni vidik projekta, ki je pomemben za področje te naloge, zajema predvsem oblikovanje in spremljanje od strokovnih sodelavcev definiranih akcij in njihovega vpliva na skupno učinkovitost opreme (OEE), ki je v tem primeru glavni kazalnik proizvodne uspešnosti. Kazalnik namreč združuje tri faktorje  razpoložljivost, uspešnost in kakovost. Z njim proizvodnjo spremljajo vodilna svetovna podjetja, saj nudi odlično osnovo za analizo in spremljanje proizvodnega procesa.

Title:Case study of oee improvement in a production process
Abstract:As products become more complex, companies are pushed towards constant improvements and securing profitability by high quality standards, limited production capacities and world competition. This master's thesis offers an analysis of a practical implementation of improvement project illustrated by the example of an existing production process. As the findings show, structured supervision, analysis, actions and corrections are able to significantly improve results. We cooperated directly with employees, who are responsible for production results, with guidance and additional training. For this case study, the organizational aspect of the project is important. This includes predominantly the design and observation of actions and their influence on the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) as defined by technical experts. In this case, OEE is the main indicator of production effectiveness. This indicator combines three factors that are relevant for our project: Availability, performance and quality. Leading global companies use it to monitor their productions in combination with the appropriate implementation, OEE offers an excellent base for detailed analysis and supervision of production processes.
