Abstract:Tema diplomske naloge je analiza in primerjava treh orodij, ki se uporabljajo za izdelavo poročil v poslovni inteligenci. Opisan je pojem poslovna inteligenca, njegov pomen in raziskava ključnih elementov, vključno z zgodovino in kategorijami. Opisano je posamezno orodje, njegove funkcije ter prednosti in slabosti vsakega. Z uporabo odločitvenega modela in programa DEXi je narejena primerjava, kot tudi prikazani rezultati odločanja. Sledi izdelava poslovnih poročil v vsakem izmed orodij, kjer je ustvarjena podatkovna baza MySQL, ki je služila za črpanje podatkov pri izdelavi.

Title:Comparison and analysis of tools for business intelligence
Abstract:Topic of the thesis is the analysis and comparison of the three tools used to produce reports in business intelligence. The main concept of business intelligence, its meaning, and analysis of key elements, such as history and categories are described. Each tool is described, as well are its functions, advantages and disadvantages are described. Using the decision model and DEXi program, a comparison is made and the results are presented, followed by the production of business reports in the tools, where the MySQL database is created, to provide data source for the reports.
