Abstract:
Obravnavan izdelek je nosilec, ki je nameščen na motornem kolesu za podporo stopal. Naš cilj je analiza odkovka nosilca v pred-kovalni fazi. Praktični del naloge je potekal v laboratoriju, kjer smo z dvema optičnima bralnikoma odkovek digitalizirali, rezultate digitalizacije smo med seboj tudi primerjali. Digitalizirani 3D model odkovka smo kasneje primerjali v računalniškem programu GOM Inspect s CAD modelom odkovka, ki je bil osnova za razvoj kovaškega orodja. Ugotovili smo, da pride do manjših odstopanj med modeloma, ki je posledica različnih faktorjev. Digitaliziran model smo uporabili za virtualno simulacijo obrabe pred-kovalnega orodja. Nato smo primerjali pred-kovalno orodje v začetnem stanju ter po obrabi. Ugotovili smo, na katerih mestih pride do obrabe, kar je bil tudi eden izmed ciljev diplomske naloge

Title:
Comparison of 3D-digitized and CAD model of utility tool
Abstract:
The product, we are dealing with, is a carrier mounted on a motorcycle that supports the feet. Our goal is to analyze the forged part in the pre-forging phase. The practical part of the task was carried out in a laboratory where two scanners were applied to digitalize the physical model. Both scans were compared and results were commented. 3D forged part was later compared to the CAD model of the carrier (used to develop a forging tool) in the computer program GOM Inspect. We have found that there are small deviations between models due to various factors. The digital model was used to virtually simulate tool wear of pre-forged utility tool. We then compared the pre-forged tool in its original state and after wear. We found out where wearing is most significant, which was also one of the goals of the graduation thesis.
