Title:Processes of multi-project management in a global company
Abstract:It is hard managing work in a global environment and having visibility into resource availability. Therefore, the first thing we will do is to establish our problem and decide upon a methodology. The problem we deal with is how to support this kind of company with information solutions. In order to support the company and facilitate their work, we will do a case study and explore the existing situation and development theories as part of the study. We will do an overview of theories about multi-project management and global management. We will also do an overview of software for managing and planning these projects. After this, we will need to know what software we can use for this, which is already used in the company for optimization of management and transparency of information across the company. We will do an overview of how things are currently managed in this company. Analysis and overview of information systems will provide us with ideas of improvement of current planning and managing of information solutions. With this, we need to consider the learning curve and costs of the optimization.
