Title:Razvoj družinskega podjetja Kimmy oblačila za delo skozi generacije

Abstract:Družinska podjetja predstavljajo zelo pomemben delež vsega gospodarstva po celem svetu. Njihova ključna posebnost je povezanost družine v posel. Opredelili smo družinska podjetja in ugotavljali povezave teoretičnih izhodišč na primeru družinskega podjetja Kimmy oblačila za delo. V začetku teoretičnega dela smo podrobno predstavili pojme podjetje, podjetništvo in podjetnik. Pregledali smo področje vodenja in organizacije in v nadaljevanju opisali pomen rasti ter razvoja. Nadalje smo se posvetili definiciji družinskega podjetja, njegovim bistvenim značilnostim ter ključnih posebnostim. Dotaknili smo se tudi njegovih prednosti in slabosti, obrazložili glavne razlike med družinskimi in nedružinskimi podjetji in pregledali problematiko prenosa nasledstva podjetja na naslednjo generacijo. Raziskava je potekala v družinskem podjetju Kimmy oblačila za delo. V tem delu smo z intervjuji ustanoviteljice, trenutnega lastnika in morebitnega naslednika ugotavljali kako se je družinsko podjetje Kimmy oblačila za delo razvijalo skozi generacije. Z analizo njihovih odgovorov smo odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Zanimali so nas razlogi za začetek družinskega podjetja in razvoj njihove dejavnosti skozi generacije. Dotaknili smo se tudi odnosov v družinskem podjetju ter ugotavljali ali so trenja med družinskimi člani pogosta. Zanimala nas je problematika nasledstva v družinskem podjetju, v nadaljevanju pa smo raziskali tudi kakšne so ključne lastnosti uspešnega družinskega podjetnika - Ugotovili smo, da se dejavnost družinskega podjetja razvija skozi generacije, saj se na trgu potrebe konstantno spreminjajo, podjetje pa se mora prilagajati. Pomemben del razvoja družinskega podjetja na sploh pa prinaša tudi mlajša generacija, za katero velja, da ima bolj odprto in kreativno razmišljanje. Rezultati so pokazali, da imajo na uspeh družinskega podjetja velik vpliv odnosi v družini in podjetju, te pa morajo biti trdni, iskreni in spoštljivi. Odnosi v družinskem podjetju močno vplivajo tudi na možnost nastanka konfliktov. Dejstvo je, da nesoglasja nastajajo v vseh odnosih, v veliki meri pa se jim torej lahko izognemo z dobrimi in odkritimi družinskimi odnosi. Potrdili smo tudi dejstvo, da je ločnica med družino in podjetjem v družinskih podjetjih tanka. Izrednega pomena pri tem pa je težnja k vzdrževanju ustreznega razmerja med družinskim in poslovnim življenjem. Odgovori intervjuvancev so pokazali, da si sicer vsaka generacija želi, da bi podjetje ostalo v družinskih rokah, vendar pa v primeru, da se naslednja generacija ne izkaže dovolj to ni splošno dejstvo. V nadaljevanju raziskave smo ugotovili tudi, da je prenosu nasledstva družinskega podjetja trenutno posvečeno premalo pozornosti. Druga generacija pa je s tem že bolj seznanjena in v prihodnosti namerava temu posvetiti več pozornosti. Ugotovili smo, da se družinska podjetja močno trudijo za dobro ime in ugled tako družine kot podjetja. Velik poudarek dajejo kvaliteti dela in kvaliteti svojih izdelkov. Njihova skrb za konkurenčnost je stalna, kar potrjuje tudi razvoj podjetja in dejavnosti, konstantno raziskovanje ter dodajanje novih tehnologij in spodbujanje kreativnega in inovativnega razmišljanja. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so za uspeh družinskega podjetja izrednega pomena tudi ključne lastnosti podjetnika, te pa se ni mogoče naučiti čez noč. Nekaj podjetniških lastnosti naj bi imeli že v svoji osebnosti, večino pa se pridobi z delom, nenehnim učenjem ter nadgrajevanjem svojega znanja.

Title:Development of family firm kimmy work clothes across generations
Abstract:Family businesses represent a very significant proportion of the whole economy worldwide. Their key feature is the family's connection to the business. We have defined family businesses, taking account the connections of theoretical starting points with the family business Kimmy - Work Clothing Company. At the beginning of the theoretical part we presented in detail the terms of enterprise, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. We have looked at both of the area of management and organization, and we have described the importance of growth and development, as set out below. Furthermore, we have focused on the definition of a family business, its essential characteristics and key features. We have also touched upon its advantages and disadvantages, explained the main differences between family and non-family businesses, and reviewed the succession problems in transfer of business to the next generation. The survey took place at Kimmy - Work Clothing Company. In this section, we interviewed the founder, the current owner and the possible successor to find out how the Kimmy family clothing business has developed through generations. By analyzing their replies, we have answered the survey questions asked. We were interested in the reasons for starting a family business and developing their activity through generations. We also touched upon the relationships in the family business and identified if tensions between family members are frequent. We were interested in the problems of inheritance in the family business, and in the continuation, we also explored what are the key features of a successful family entrepreneur. We have found out that the activity of a family business develops through generations, as the needs of the market are constantly changing and the company has to adapt. An important part of the development of a family business is in general set out by a younger generation, which is considered to have more open and creative thinking. The results have shown that the family and company success has a strong impact on family and company relationships, and they need to be firm, honest and respectful. Relationships in the family business also have a strong impact on the potential for conflict. The fact is that disagreements arise in all relations, and to a large extent they can be avoided by good and honest family relationships. We have also confirmed the fact that the dividing line between the family and the company in family businesses is thin. The tendency to maintain an appropriate relationship between family and business life is of great importance. The interviewees' replies have shown that every generation wants the company to stay in family hands, but if the next generation does not prove enough, this is not a general fact. In the continuation of the survey we have also found out that insufficient attention is paid to the transfer of inheritance of the family business. The second generation is already more familiar with this and in the future it intends to pay more attention to this. We have found out that family businesses are working hard on the good name and reputation of both the family and the business. Great emphasis is placed on the quality of work and the quality of their products. Their concern over the competitiveness is permanent, which is also confirmed by the development of the company and its activities, constant research and adding new technologies, and the promotion of creative and innovative thinking. We have also found out that the key characteristics of the entrepreneur are of utmost importance for the success of the family business, and this cannot be learned overnight. Some entrepreneurial characteristics are supposed to have already in their personality, but most of them can be acquired by work, constant learning and upgrading their knowledge.
