Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno delo v študentskem projektnem timu, sestavljenem iz sedmih študentov, šestih narodnosti in šestih študijskih smeri, v sklopu projekta Product Innovation Project. Poudarek je na uporabi tehnik ustvarjalnega mišljenja, kot so viharjenje možganov, morfološka matrika in druge. Podani so tudi predlogi za delo v podobnih timih v prihodnosti.

Title:Challenges of working in an international multidisciplinary student project team
Abstract:This thesis will display work in a team as a part of Product Innovation Project. The team consisted of seven students of six nationalities and field studies. The focus in this thesis is on creativity techniques, such as brainstorming, morphological box and others. In the end, proposals for future work in similar teams are given.
