Abstract:Diplomska naloga je zasnovana na izboljšavah starejšega bivalnega stanovanjskega objekta. Predstavljeno bo obstoječe stanje objekta s preračunom toplotnih izgub, ki jih bomo poskušali zmanjšati s sanacijo toplotnega ovoja stavbe ter vgradnjo novih oken ter vrat podjetja Misteral. Predstavljeno bo stanje objekta pred in po prenovi, stroškovna analiza porabe goriva glede na prvotno in končno stanje stavbe ter morebitna cena naložbe pri prenovi toplotnega ovoja stavbe in oken.

Title:Analysis of energy improvements in residental building with application of misteral d.o.o. products
Abstract:The main focus of this diploma thesis is based on the improvement of older apartment building. The existing condition of apartment building with calculations of thermal heat loss will be presented. We will try to reduce thermal heat loss with the restoration of thermal insulation and installation of new windows and doors Misteral. The condition of the building before and after renovation will be presented, together with cost analysis of fuel that was based on the initial state of the apartment building, and the state after the renovation. Furthermore, the estimation of the value of investment (restoration of thermal insulation, installation of new windows and doors Misteral) will be presented.
