Abstract:
Trajnostni turizem predstavlja ekonomsko in ekološko usmerjenost, ki jo v poslovanje vključuje vedno več organizacij. Predstavlja koncept, ki je usmerjen v sedanjost in prihodnost, ter ga je možno vključiti v vse oblike turizma. Trajnostno poslovanje omogoča doseganje dobrih poslovnih rezultatov ter daje možnost ustvarjanja kakovostnejše izkušnje za goste. V empiričnem delu naloge raziskujemo, na kakšne načine turistične nastanitve v Občini Podčetrtek upoštevajo načela trajnostnega poslovanja, ter kje so možnosti za izboljšave. Raziskava je pokazala, da upravljalci turističnih nastanitev v Občini razumejo smernice in načela trajnosti, ter poslujejo na način, ki jim omogoča ravnovesje ključnih stebrov trajnostnega razvoja. Ugotovili smo, da lahko turistične nastanitve glede na intenzivnost trajnosti razvrstimo. Apartmaji Ortenia so s številom in načinom izvajanja trajnostnih ukrepov dokazali, da trajnostno poslovanje predstavlja trend ter pomembno stalnico prihodnosti te turistične nastanitve; zato jo po trajnostni naravnanosti med turističnimi nastanitvami v Občini Podčetrtek upravičeno uvrstimo na prvo mesto.

Title:
Sustainability of tourist accommodations in Municipality of Podčetrtek
Abstract:
Sustainable tourism represents the economic and ecological orientation that more and more organizations are involved in. It represents a concept that is focused on the present and the future and can be integrated into all forms of tourism. Sustainable business enables you to achieve good business results and gives you the opportunity to create a better experience for guests. In the empirical part of the task, we explore the ways in which the tourist accommodation in the Municipality of Podčetrtek respects the principles of sustainable business and where there are opportunities for improvement. The survey showed that the managers of tourist accommodations in the Municipality understand the guidelines and principles of sustainability and operate in a way that allows them to balance the key pillars of sustainable development. We have found that the tourist accommodation can be classified according to the intensity of sustainability. With the number and the way of implementing sustainable measures, Ortenia apartments have demonstrated that sustainable business represents a trend and an important constant for the future of this tourist accommodation; so it is rightfully placed in the first place by the sustainable orientation of tourist accommodation in the Municipality of Podčetrtek.
