Title:Vodenje v izbranem podjetju

Abstract:Prva misel, ki jo dobimo ob besedi vodenje, pomislimo na politike, vodenje države in oddaj. V današnjem času je veliko raziskovalcev ki se ne morejo zediniti glede tega kaj to vodenje je. In čeprav je vodenje ustaljena praksa v vsakem podjetju, pri izkazovanju moči, usmerjanju na pravo pot, se številni avtorji v svojih delih ne poenotijo. Predstavljamo si ga lahko, kot ambicije in želje, da nekoga vodimo ter usmerjamo proti izpolnjevanju ciljev. Vodenje lahko opredelimo kot neko voljo po nadzoru dogodkov, kot sposobnost določanja smeri in moč, da se z uporabo znanja in spretnosti drugih ljudi opravi neko delo. Vodenje se izraža preko značaja. V raziskovalnem delu našega seminarja smo s pomočjo 60. izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov, ugotavljali, kakšno mnenje imajo vodje o sebi ter, kaj zaposleni menijo kakšni so njihovi vodje. V ta namen, smo izdelali dva anketna vprašalnika. Eden je bil namenjen vodjem, drugi pa zaposlenim. Razdelili smo jih v razmerju 10:50 kar pomeni da je deset anketnih vprašalnikov izpolnilo vodje, drugih petdeset vprašalnikov pa so izpolnjevali zaposleni. Hipoteze, ki smo si jih postavili v raziskovalnem delu, katere smo potrdili ali ovrgli na podlagi izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov, so nam pokazale, da so zaposleni precej nezadovoljni in da se počutijo zapostavljene. Ko smo pregledali anketne vprašalnike vodij pa smo ugotovili, da se njim zdi njihovo delo predvsem solidno in ne čutijo, da bi zapostavljali svoje podrejene ali bili do njih neposlušni.

Title:Leadership in the selected organization
Abstract:The first thought we get with word management is to think of politics, the governance of the state and broadcasts. Nowadays there are many researchers who can not agree on what this management is. And although management is a consistent practice in every company, in displaying power, focusing on the right path, many authors in their works do not unify themselves. We can imagine it as an ambition and desire to lead and guide someone against the goals. Leadership can be defined as a will to control events, such as the ability to determine the direction and the power to perform some kind of work through the use of others' knowledge and skills. Management is expressed through the character. In the research part of our seminar, with the help of 60 completed survey questionnaires, we found out what the leaders think about themselves and what employees think about their leaders. To this end, we produced two questionnaires. One was intended for managers and others for employees. We divided them in a ratio of 10:50, which means that ten survey questionnaires were filled in by managers, while the other fifty questionnaires were filled in by employees. The hypotheses that we have put in the research work, which we confirmed or rebutted based on the completed questionnaires, showed us that the employees are quite dissatisfied and that they feel neglected. When we reviewed the survey questionnaires of the leaders, we found that their work seems to them to be particularly good and do not feel that they would neglect their subordinates or be disobedient to them.
