Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena problematiko pojava nečistoč med procesom brizganja zaslonke Volvo. Predstavljen je pomen kakovosti v proizvodnem postopku za doseganje čim boljših rezultatov in čim manjši izmet na izdelkih po procesu brizganja. Opravljena je bila kemijsko analizo granulata za ugotavljanje pojava nečistoč že v surovem materialu. V zaključku dela so predstavljene možne rešitve za odpravo nečistoč oziroma zmanjšanje izmeta na procesu brizganja zaslonke Volvo.

Title:
Elemination of dirt in aperture Volvo injection molding
Abstract:
The master’s thesis presents the problem of impurities which appear during the injection moulding process of the Volvo aperture. It highlights the importance of quality in the manufacturing process for the achievement of the best possible results and minimizing the amount of waste product after. A chemical analysis of the granulate was made to detect the appearance of impurities already present in the raw material. At the end of the thesis the possible solutions for the elimination of impurities and reducing the amount of waste product are presented.
