Abstract:
V projektni nalogi je izdelana arhitekturna zasnova za manjšo vikend hišo ob reki Savi. Predstavljene so značilnosti lesenih hiš in hiš na poplavnih območjih. Glavni kriteriji za zasnovo so bili zaščita objekta pred poplavnimi vodami, optimalna izraba prostora z omogočanjem kar najboljših bivalnih kvalitet in za optimizacijo investicije tudi čim manjši tlorisni odtis.

Title:
Weekend house by the Sava River
Abstract:
Project deals with architectural design of a small weekend house by the Sava River. Main features of timber houses and houses in flood areas are explored and presented. Basic criteria for the design were protection of the house against flood water, optimal use of space providing best posible living qualities, and optimization of investment by minimizing floor plan footprint.
