Abstract:	Magistrsko delo obravnava izgradnjo armiranobetonske skladiščne hale izdelane po sistemu skeletne montažne gradnje. Prikazan je podrobnejši postopek izgradnje armiranobetonske montažne hale od proizvodnje do montaže konstrukcijskih armiranobetonskih elementov - v sklopu zasnove armiranobetonske skladiščne hale je narejena osnovna analiza vplivov na objekt. Izračuni analize vplivov so narejeni skladno s pravili standardov Evrokod in predstavljajo osnovo za nadaljnje delo z računalniškem programom. Predstavljena je tudi stroškovna analiza, ki prikazuje oceno predvidenih stroškov gradnje objekta. Stroškovna analiza je podkrepljena z metodami za presojo upravičenosti investicijskega projekta.

Title:	Design and construction of reinforced concrete warehouse hall and cost eligibility of the investment project
Abstract:	The master's thesis deals with the construction of a reinforced concrete warehouse hall, made according to the system of skeletal prefabricated construction. A detailed procedure for the construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated hall is presented, from production to installation of reinforced concrete elements. Within the design of the reinforced concrete warehouse hall, a basic analysis of the effects on the building is made. The calculations of the analysis of impacts are made in accordance to the rules of the Eurocode standards and represent the basis for further work with the computer program. The master's thesis also presents the cost analysis, which shows the estimated forseen building construction costs. Cost analysis is corroborated by methods for assessing the eligibility of an investment project.
