Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja rekonstrukcijo in avtomatizacijo klimatske naprave. V začetnem delu so predstavljeni osnovni gradniki sistema in uporabljena programska oprema. Sledi izdelava krmilnih načrtov s pomočjo programa E-plan. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen sistem vodenja, v katerem smo izdelali programe za različne sklope naprave in vizualizacijo celotnega procesa. Poseben poudarek je na regulaciji temperature. V nadaljnjih poglavjih je opisan zagon klimatske naprave in odprava težav, na katere smo naleteli. Ob koncu je podrobneje opisano nastavljanje parametrov regulatorjev in končni rezultati. Z diplomskim delom smo dokazali, da lahko s pravilnim in dobro nastavljenim sistemom vodenja učinkovito reguliramo temperaturo v prostoru.

Title:
Control of an air handling unit with an integrated recuperator
Abstract:
The thesis presents the reconstruction and automation of an air handling unit. In the first part we present the basic elements of the system and the used software. This is followed by the creation of the Control plans with the electrical design software E-plan. Then we present the control system in which we made the programs for different parts of the unit and the visualization of the entire process. We particularly focus on temperature control. In the following chapters we describe the start-up of the air handling unit and the correction of the problems we encountered. In the end we describe in more detail the setting of the controller parameters and the final results. The thesis shows that with a correct and well set control system we can effectively control the room temperature.
