Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena primerjava sistemov za avtomatizacijo marketinga. Sistemi so bili izbrani na podlagi podatkov podjetja Frodx d. o. o., ki se ukvarja z integracijo sistemov za avtomatizacijo trženja. Primerjava je bila izvedena glede na običajne ter napredne procese, ki jih lahko v okviru trženjskih dejavnosti avtomatiziramo. Dokumentirani rezultati izvedenih procesov prikažejo, kako se v praksi implementira in uporablja sisteme za avtomatizacijo marketinga. Obstoječim ter bodočim uporabnikom sistemov za avtomatizacijo marketinga želimo s prikazanim izboljšati predstavo o konceptu sistemov za avtomatizacijo marketinga (sistemi MA) in predočiti izhodišča za njihovo učinkovito uporabo.

Comparison of marketing automation systems
Abstract:
In this thesis we present a comparison of marketing automation systems. The compared systems were picked based on the data collected at the company FrodX d. o. o., which deals with the integration of marketing automation systems. The comparison was made using conventional and advanced marketing processes that can be automated with marketing automation systems. The results of the comparison show how marketing automation tools are implemented and used. Our goal was to present in more depth the notion and concepts of marketing automation systems to the existing and future users.
