Abstract:
Pri delovnih procesih v proizvodnji težimo k odpravljanju monotonih in nevarnih delovnih mest. Prav tako je želja tudi povečati količino izdelanih izdelkov na delovno izmeno ter izdelovati izdelke s konstantno kvaliteto. Tako je prišlo do ideje o optimizaciji delovnega mesta na stiskalnici, na kateri se izdelujejo ojačitve naslonov za avtomobilski sedež. V magistrskem delu je predstavljena optimizacija takšnega delovnega mesta s pomočjo avtomatizacije. S tem odpravimo nevarno delovno mesto in omogočimo kvalitetnejše, po kvaliteti konstantne izdelke ter povečamo količino izdelanih izdelkov. V magistrskem delu tako najdemo opis postopka priprave na konstruiranje, konstruiranje, sestavo in krmiljenje naprave. Prikazani so tudi potrebni varnostni ukrepi in sistemi, ki onemogočajo poškodovanje stroja ter dvignejo raven varnosti oseb, ki upravljajo z napravo.

AUTOMATIC DEVICE FOR HANDLING THE TIMAC PRESS
Abstract:
Within working processes in the production line, we strive to eliminate monotonous and dangerous jobs. There is also a desire to increase the number of produced pieces per shift and to produce pieces with a constant quality. This led to an idea to optimize the working process on the press, which car seat reinforcements are being manufactured on. The thesis presents the solution for these problems with the help of automation, thereby removing the dangerous workplace and allowing better and constant quality products and increasing the quantity of products that are being produced per shift. The thesis describes the process of preparation before designing a machine, the design, assembly and control of such a machine. It also shows the need for safety that prevents the machine-fracture and safety of persons operating the device.
