Abstract:
Magistrsko delo z naslovom Prekmurska motivika med preteklostjo in sedanjostjo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Z njim želimo preveriti podobo panonskega sveta v slikarstvu nekdaj in danes, predvsem pa želimo prepoznati dosedanje gledanje likovnih del prekmurskih slikarjev 20. stoletja in ugotoviti, na kakšen način se spreminjajo. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili značilnosti prekmurskega slikarstva 20. stoletja, pomembnejše predstavnike prekmurskega slikarstva in njihov umetniški izraz. Predstavili smo tudi spoznanja o prekmurskem slikarstvu 20. stoletja, ki potrjujejo nekatera naša raziskovalna vprašanja. Pri praktičnem delu smo predstavili značilnosti lastnega slikarskega izraza ter umetniška dela. V njih smo iskali stilne in motivne podobnosti s slikarji, omenjenimi v teoretičnem delu. Pri snovanju lastnih del smo izhajali iz percepcij prekmurskih slikarjev in prekmurske motivike.

Prekmurje motifs in painting between the Past and Present
Abstract:
The masters’ degree titled “Prekmurje motifs in painting between the Past and Present” has got a theoretical and practical part. The purpose of the work is to test the image of Pannonia world in painting in the past and now, moreover, we want to recognize the view point of art work of the 20th century artists from Prekmurje so far; and find out in what way they are changing. In the theoretical part the characteristics of Prekmurje 20th century art is presented as well as the most important representatives of the art and their artistic expression. We have also presented the findings about 20th century art in Prekmurje, which confirm some of our research questions. In the practical part, the characteristics of their own expression in painting and other art work are presented. We were searching for similarities in style and motive among the painters mentioned in the theoretical part. In formation of their own works we have originated from perceptions of those artists and motives of region Prekmurje region.
