Abstract:
Pri postopku globokega vleka je kontrola toka pločevine zelo pomemben dejavnik. Tok pločevine nadzorujemo predvsem z vlečnimi zavorami. V računalniškem okolju jih poznamo več različnih modelov: numerični, kombinirani in geometrijski model. Med sabo se predvsem razlikujejo po natančnosti rezultatov in v porabi časa računanja simulacije. Cilj magistrskega dela je, da s pomočjo simuliranja toka pločevine skozi zavore primerjamo rezultate glede na posamezni model. Opazovali smo stopnjo preoblikovanja, silo na držalo pločevine in čas računanja, ki je seveda precej krajši pri uporabi numeričnega modela. Primerjave rezultatov so pokazale, da je preoblikovanje pločevine z uporabo geometrijskega modela intenzivnejše, kar se kaže tudi pri sili na držalo pločevine. Pomembno vlogo ima tudi čas računanja simulacije, na katerega imata, poleg modela zavore, velik vpliv površina prireza in hod orodja. Na podlagi rezultatov preizkusov lahko v prihodnje izboljšamo natančnost numeričnemu modelu zavore in se tako približamo rezultatom geometrijskega modela ter hkrati privarčujemo čas, ki ga porabimo za simulacije z geometrijskim modelom.

Title:
Material flow control of AHSS sheet metal forming
Abstract:
In the deep drawing procedure, the control of the flow sheet metal is a very important factor. The flow of sheet metal is controlled primarily with draw beads, which are known in the computer setting in the shape of several models: numerical, combined and geometric. They differ primarily in the accuracy of their results and in the time required for computing the simulation. The purpose of this master’s thesis is to use a simulation of the flow of sheet metal trough the draw beads and to compare the results for each individual model. We observed the degree of sheet metal forming, force applied to blank holder, and the time required, that is, of course, much shorter when using the numerical model. The comparison of results showed that the sheet metal forming is much more intense when using the geometric model, which can also be seen in the force exerted on the blank holder. The time it takes to calculate a simulation also plays an important role, and is influenced by the model of the draw beads, the surface of the blank, and the toolpath of the used tool. On the basis of test results, we can in the future improve the accuracy of the numerical draw bead model and thus come closer to the results of the geometric model, and simultaneously save on time used for geometric model simulations.
