Abstract:
Podjetje Elti d.o.o. je s svojo vrhunsko telekomunikacijsko tehniko pridobilo možnost investirati v novo dejavnost. Skupaj z razvojnim centrom podjetje svojo str ategijo prenaša na galvanski obrat. V galvanskem obratu se vrši več delovnih procesov. Na liniji luženja aluminija smo se osredotočili na proces snemanja aluminija na valjih. Spremljali smo dinamiko procesa z vsemi kontrolnimi parametri in hkrati v procesu zagotovili zahtevano dimenzijo polizdelka. Ugotovili smo, da način doziranja lužila v dveh stopnjah poveča število obdelanih valjev v primerjavi z doziranjem lužila v eni stopnji. Dobljene meritve in rezultate analiz smo analizirali v programu Excel, jih predstavili matematično ter določili odvisnost parametrov.

Analysis of processing the intermediate products during galvanic process
Abstract:
Elti Ltd. with its excellent telecommunications technology had the opportunity, to invest in a new business. Along with its development centre, the company is transferring its strategy onto galvanising plant. In the electroplating section of the factory several work processes are carried out. On the pickling line we were focused on the process of recording aluminium cylinders. We have found that the method of dispensing the lye solution in two stages increases the number of processed cylinders compared to the dispensing of lye in one single step. The resulting measurements were analysed in Excel, and presented with mathematical model that underlined the dependence on the parameters
