Title:UVEDBA NOVEGA PRODUKTA V IZBRANI ZAVAROVALNICI

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali postopek ob uvedbi novega produkta v zavarovalništvu in analizo rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo na osnovi domače in tuje literature podali teoretična izhodišča in obrazložili zgodovino zavarovalništva v svetu in Sloveniji, predstavili izbrano zavarovalnico, ki ji bomo podali predlog za uvedbo novega produkta, ter opisali proces uvedbe novega produkta. V drugem delu smo se osredotočili na izbor novega produkta, in sicer demence, ki smo jo podrobneje analizirali, opisali ter izvedli anketo. Na podlagi analize rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika smo prišli do zaključka, da se vedno več ljudi zaveda, v kakšnem porastu je bolezen demenca in kaj to pomeni za oskrbo. Ta bolezen prinese s seboj tudi stroške, ki se jih anketiranci v večini zavedajo. Zato je uvedba tovrstnega produkta smotrna. Za državo je to preveliko breme in ljudje bomo morali večji del tovrstnih stroškov kriti sami. Težava je v premajhnih pokojninah, ki ne zadostujejo za dostojno preživljanje starosti, kaj šele z diagnozo demence. Domovi za starejše so že brez popolne oskrbe, ki je seveda najdražja, dovolj dragi, da nekomu z nizko pokojnino predstavljajo problem. Delež pri oskrbi se delno krije iz obveznega in prostovoljnega zdravstvenega zavarovanja, kar pa je absolutno premalo, da bi si lahko oseba z minimalno pokojnino in diagnozo demence, pri kateri ni več samostojna, lahko sama pokrila stroške. Zato v večini primerov svojci plačujejo razliko, ki je potrebna, da je lahko bolna oseba v domu. Diplomsko delo je pokazalo, da je uvedba novega produkta, zavarovanja demence, smiselna in na slovenskem trgu potrebna, saj je na podlagi analize trga izraženo mnenje, da bi potencialni zavarovanci novo ponujeno zavarovanje kupili. Zavarovanci bi imeli na ta način zagotovljeno rento ali pa bi zavarovalnica institucijam, ki nudijo oskrbo zavarovancem, nakazovala delež, ki bi ga bilo potrebno doplačati v primeru premajhne pokojnine. S tem bi zavarovanci razbremenili svojce, potencialne stroške zdravljenja in oskrbe oziroma bi si sami omogočili brezskrbno oskrbo v starosti.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PRODUCT WITHIN THE SELECTED INSURANCE COMPANY
Abstract:In degree paper we have shown the pointers of forming the new product in insurance and have analyzed the results of survey. In first part of degree paper we have, based on Slovenian and foreign literature, given the theoretical part, where we explained the history of insurance in Slovenia and worldwide, presented the chosen insurance company, to whom we will present preposition for new insurance product, and describe the process of making the new insurance product. In second part we have focused on choosing the new insurance product, dementia, which we have analyzed, described and have made the survey about. Based on the survey results, we have come to conclusion that more and more people are aware of increase in dementia and what it means to treating it. This disease also brings expenses that the respondents are aware of. That is the reason why the making of this product is meaningful. For the country it is a heavy burden and people will have to cover most of the expenses. The problem is in small pensions that are not sufficient for someone even to live decent even without dementia. Nursing homes are, even without the complete care, too expensive for someone with small pension. Not to mention the cost, if a person is in need of 24h care. A share of health care is partly covered by compulsory and voluntary health insurance, which is for a people with a minimum pension and a diagnosis of dementia who cannot take care of themselves any more, absolutely not enough to cover the costs on their own. Therefore, in most cases, relatives have to pay the costs difference for nursing homes, which are obligatory with their diagnoses. The thesis has revealed that the offer of a new insurance for dementia is reasonable and on the Slovenian market also necessary, as there is an opinion based on a market analysis that potential policyholders would purchase this new insurance. Policyholders would have guaranteed income or an option to get the difference between pension and health care costs being paid by insurance company. This would relieve their relatives of the potential costs of health care and treatment as they would allow themselves careless old age care.
