Abstract:
Delavec nekoč in danes. Delavec se je boril tako včasih, kot se mora še danes boriti za svoje pravice. Prikazala bom zgodovinski razvoj delavskega prava, od neorganiziranih začetkov do danes. Pravice, kot jih poznamo danes, niso samoumevne, ampak so plod trdega in dolgotrajnega boja delavcev iz celega sveta. To je bil boj za delavske pravice, pravice žensk in otrok, hkrati pa boj za človekove pravice. Uspeli so doseči mednarodno priznanje, pravno zaščito. Pa vendar se borijo dalje, saj so kapital in delodajalci vedno močnejši, delavci pa so kljub vsej pravni zaščiti vedno šibkejši. Torej se zgodovina ponavlja, samo v drugačni obliki.

HISTORY OF THE LABOUR MOVEMENT
Abstract:
Arbeiter gestern und heute. Der Arbeiter musste schon in der Vergangenheit und auch in der jetzigen Zeit immer wieder um seine eigene Rechte kämpfen. Ich werde die historische Entwicklung des Arbeitsrechts, von nicht organisierten Anfängen bis zum heutigen Tag darstellen. Die Rechte, die wir heute kennen, sind keine Selbstverständlichkeit, sondern das Ergebnis von harten und langdauernden Kampf von Arbeitern auf der ganzen Welt. Das war der Kampf um die Arbeitsrechte der Frauen und Kinder, gleichzeitig der Kampf für die Menschenrechte. Sie haben eine internationale Anerkennung und Rechtschutz erreicht. Dennoch kämpfen die weiter, weil das Kapital und Arbeitgeber immer stärker sind, die Arbeiter, trotz dem Rechtschutz, immer schwächer. Also die Vergangenheit wiederholt sich, nur in eine andere Form.
