Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti letni plan vzdrževanja voznega parka v obravnavanem podjetju. Diplomsko delo temelji na študiji primera izbranega podjetja. Izvedena je bila analiza dosedanjega rednega in izrednega vzdrževanja voznega parka ter stroškov vzdrževanja voznega parka v podjetju. Pristop je temeljil na kvalitativnih metodah, kot so študija dokumentacije, opazovanje in pogovor z odgovornimi osebami v podjetju ter na podlagi preteklih izkušenj zaposlenih v obravnavanem podjetju. Na podlagi analize podatkov, je bil podan realen letni plan vzdrževanja vozil, ki je glavni cilj diplomskega dela. Pri tem je poudarek na samem načrtovanju, ki je, pri mikro podjetjih, zaradi omejenosti virov, odvisen od njih samih, in pa na rednem oziroma preventivnem vzdrževanju. Dogodki, ki pripeljejo do potrebe izrednega vzdrževanja so dokaj nepredvidljivi, zato so v planu dostikrat zgolj okvirno zajeti ali izpuščeni. Večji poudarek je torej na rednem vzdrževanju, ki omogoča izogib nekaterim okvaram v celoti ali pa vsaj delno in s tem izogib potrebam izrednega vzdrževanja. Pomembno je poudariti tudi kakovost samega vzdrževanja ter kakovost nadomestnih delov. Kombinacija obojega, skupaj z dobro načrtovanim vzdrževanjem, omogoča nemoteno, varno in v mnogih primerih tudi finančno učinkovitejše delovanje podjetja, kar je tudi bistvo tako načrtovanja kot samega vzdrževanja.

THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR MAINTENANCE OF ROLLING STOCK IN THE COMPANY AVANTURIZEM DANILO TOVORNIK S.P.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to present the annual plan for maintenance of rolling stock in the addressed company. The thesis is based on a case study of the selected company. An analysis was made to the previous regular and irregular maintenance of rolling stock and maintenance costs of rolling stock for the company. The approach is based on qualitative methods, such as the study of documentation, observation and discussion with the responsible personnel in the company and on the basis of past experience of employees in addressed company. Based on the analysis of the data, a realistic annual plan for maintenance of vehicles was given, which is the main objective of the thesis. The emphasis is on the planning, which in micro-enterprises, due to limited resources, is self-dependant, and on regular or preventive maintenance. Events that lead to irregular maintenance are rather unpredictable, so the plan is often indicative only or omitted. Greater emphasis is therefore on regular maintenance, which allows to avoid certain defects in full or at least partially, thereby avoiding the need of irregular maintenance. It is important to emphasize the quality of the very maintenance and quality of spare parts. A combination of both, along with well-planned maintenance, allows for smooth, safe and in many cases financially efficient operation of the company, which is the essence of such planning and maintenance itself.
