Abstract:Vse Službe nujne medicinske pomoči (SNMP) so locirane v mestih oz. večjih krajih. Aktivira jih zdravstveni dispečer SNMP Murska Sobota. Namen projekta PMP je okrepitev prve laične pomoči od nastanka nujnega primera do prihoda ekipe SNMP. Vsi aktivni prostovoljci so občani Občine Rogašovci s stalnim prebivališčem v omenjeni občini, torej posamezniki, ki dobro poznajo domač teren in s tem bistveno pripomorejo k skrajšanju dostopnega časa in ugodnemu razpletu intervencije.

Title:PROJECT FIRST MEDICAL AID
Abstract:All Emergency medical services (EMS) are located in cities and larger towns. Therefore, remote rural places are underprivileged because it takes more time for an emergency intervention. In such case, it is crucial that a well-trained volunteer arrives as soon as possible, begins the procedure to restore and maintain life functions, and performs it until the arrival of the EMS. Voluntary rescuers, who work within the First aid project, are healthcare workers and skilled nonprofessionals who were trained by healthcare workers. They respond in the case of an emergency in the Municipality of Rogaševci. They are activated by a medical dispatcher of the Emergency medical service Murska Sobota. The purpose of the First aid project is to reinforce first aid provided by voluntary rescuers from the occurrence of an emergency until the arrival of the EMS team. All active voluntary rescuers are the citizens of the Municipality of Rogašovci. Therefore, a good knowledge of the domestic terrain significantly contributes to the reducing access time and a favourable outcome of an intervention. This form of voluntary assistance is available for all residents of the municipality all year round, 24 hours a day.
