Abstract:
V nalogi obravnavamo razvoj simulacijskega modela obstoječe proizvodne linije za sestavljanje modulov za filtriranje motornega olja v avtomobilu kjer želimo povečati učinkovitost le-te. S pomočjo razvitega simulacijskega modela želimo obstoječi proces optimirati. Uvodoma je opisan celoten proizvodni proces. Simulacijski model za izbrani del procesa je bil razvit s programskim jezikom javascript. S pomočjo pridobljenih realnih podatkov je bil izdelan simulacijski model in izvedena delna simulacija procesa. Pridobljeni rezultati ter simulacijski model predstavljajo podlago za določitev izboljšanega procesa izdelave izdelka. V procesu razvoja simulacijskega modela so bile pridobljene in opisane izkušnje pri načrtovanju procesov za nove projekte.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SIMULATION MODEL OF FILTER MODULE PRODUCTION
Abstract:
Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung eines Simulationsmodells der bestehenden Produktionslinien für die Montage von Modulen zum Filtern Motoröl im Fahrzeug, wo wir wollen, um deren Wirksamkeit zu erhöhen. Mit Hilfe des Modells entwickelten Simulations wollen wir den vorhandenen Prozess zu optimieren. Zum einen beschreibt es den gesamten Produktionsprozess. Das Simulationsmodell des ausgewählten Teils des Verfahrens war mit der Programmiersprache Java Skript entwickelt. Mit realen Daten erhalten wurde ein Simulationsmodell und ein Simulationsverfahren hergestellt. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse und das Simulationsmodell bildet die Grundlage für die Schaffung eines verbesserten Herstellungsprozess des Produkts. In dem Prozess ein Simulationsmodell der Erfahrung in der Entwicklung gewannen sie in den Planungsprozess für neue Projekte.
