Abstract:Pogostost akutnih obolenj v trebušni votlini je v zadnjem času vse pogostejša in jih je potrebno izredno resno jemati. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, kjer sta oba teoretično opredeljena. V prvem delu je predstavljena anatomija in fiziologija akutnega abdomna in njegova resnost in pomembnost obravnave, medtem, ko v drugem raziskovalnem delu teoretično predstavljamo število bolnikov iz leta 2012, ki so bili sprejeti v bolnišnično zdravljenje UKC Maribor zaradi težav v trebušni votlini. V študiji primera smo obravnavali statistično obiskanost bolnikov z akutnim abdomnom, ugotavljali in predstavili temeljito delo medicinskih sester v primeru nujnih in nenujnih sprejemov na oddelek in kakšna je razlika v delu le-teh ob urgentnih sprejemih.

Title:FIRST APPROACH TO THE PATIENT WITH ACUTE ABDOMEN
Abstract:The frequency of acute diseases of the abdominal cavity is recently becoming more common and should be taken very seriously. The thesis is divided into two parts, wherein both theoretically defined. The first part presents the anatomy and physiology of acute abdomen and its severity and the importance of reading, while in the second part of the research theoretically imagine the number of patients in 2012 who were admitted to hospital treatment Maribor UKC hospital due to problems in the abdomen. In a case study, we dealt with statistical visits to patients with acute abdominal, assessed and presented a thorough job of nurses in emergency and elective admissions department and what the difference is in the part thereof having emergency admissions.
