Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava svetlobno odvisne nelinearne upore oziroma fotoupore, ki so nepogrešljivi elementi v elektrotehniki. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočil na tri različne fotoupore, ki so maksimalno občutljivi pri različnih valovnih dolžinah. Raziskali smo, kakšne so karakteristike teh fotouporov. Osrednji del naloge je temeljil na izdelavi komore, ki je namenjena testiranju elektronskih elementov. Z njo smo izvedli preizkuse na fotouporih, ter iz dobljenih rezultatov izdelali karakteristike za posamezni preizkus in fotoupor. Za vsak fotoupor smo izvedeli štiri preizkuse in dobili štiri karakteristike. Te karakteristike so: tokovna, amplitudna, frekvenčna in temperaturna. Največ težav nam je povzročal preizkus s temperaturo, saj komora nima svojega lastnega vira toplote, to težavo smo rešili s pomočjo vodne kopeli in spiralne tuljave. Rezultati naloge so bili v skladi z našimi pričakovanji.

Title:
CHARACTERIZATION OF LIGHT DEPENDENT RESISTIVE MATERIALS
Abstract:
The thesis is deals with a light-dependent nonlinear resistor also known as photoresistors, which are indispensable elements in electrical engineering. In this thesis, we focused on three different types of photoresistors with a different wavelength sensitivity. The thesis researches the characteristics of these photoresistors. For the purposes of testing different characteristic, we made a testing chamber. Using the chamber we performed several experiments on photoresistors and obtained results displayed four characteristics for each test and each photoresistors. These are the current, amplitude, frequency and temperature characteristics. The temperature characteristics caused some problems since the testing chamber does not poses its own heat source. We tackled this problem by using a water bath and a spiral coil. The obtained results were in a scope of our expectations.
