Abstract:
Poklicni gasilci so eden izmed glavnih stebrov specialističnega reševanja vseh vrst nesreč. Poklicna gasilska enota Celje je ena izmed petnajstih poklicnih enot v Sloveniji in pokriva najbolj nevarni del avtocestnega križa od cestninske postaje Tepanje do Blagovice in poleg občine Celje še 13 drugih občin. Eden izmed najzahtevnejših avtocestnih odsekov v Sloveniji je zagotovo odsek Vransko–Blagovica, ki vključuje 13 viaduktov, 4 predore, 2 nadvoza in 4 podvoze. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena Poklicna gasilska enota Celje, ki je odlično opremljena in se vsakodnevno srečuje z intervencijami pri prometnih nesrečah. Na primerih prometnih nesreč, ki so se zgodile, je obdelana analiza, kako poteka posredovanje enote od prejetja klica do zaključka intervencije. Opisan je tudi informacijski sistem, s katerim enota deluje. V nalogi je prikazana tudi statistika intervencij Poklicne gasilske enote Celje, na podlagi katere je razvidno, da enota posreduje največkrat prav pri prometnih nesrečah. V zadnjem poglavju so podani predlogi za izboljšanje stanja.

Title:
PROFESSIONAL WORK OF FIRE BRIGADE IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
Abstract:
Professional firefighters are one of the main pillars of special rescuers in all kinds of accidents. Professional firefighter brigade Celje is one of fifteen professional units in Slovenia, which is covering the most dangerous part of the motorway cross from toll station Tepanje to Blagovice and in addition to county Celje they cover 13 other municipalities. But one of the most difficult section on motorway in Slovenia is from Vransko to Blagovica, which is covering 13 viaducts, four tunnels, two overpasses and four underpasses. The thesis presents the Professional Fire Brigade Celje, which is well equipped and is faced daily with intervention in traffic accidents. Traffic accidents which occurred are analyzed from receiving a call to the end of intervention. It also describes the information system in which the unit operates. The thesis also shows statistics of Professional Fireman Celje interventions, on the basis of which it is evident that the unit is mostly interventing in traffic accidents. In the last chapter are given suggestions for improved situation.
