Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno podjetje Plastika Skaza, d.o.o. natančneje notranji transport in skladiščenje z vidika trajnosti. Podjetje se ukvarja z brizganjem plastike in predelavo plastičnih mas. Poleg omenjenega imajo tudi lastni blagovni znamki Cuisine in Organko, ki ju razvijajo ter njune izdelke proizvajajo sami. Najprej smo opisali podjetje ter predstavili način izdelave diplomskega dela. Natančno smo opredelili koncept zelene logistike, notranjega transporta in skladiščenja v teoriji. Sledi posnetek obstoječega stanja. Z opravljanjem praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju smo pridobili vpogled v dejansko stanje poslovanja, zlasti v proizvodnem in skladiščnem oddelku, ter poiskali morebiten problem, ki moti delovni proces in predstavlja strošek podjetju. Omenjen problem smo opisali na začetku diplomskega dela, na koncu pa podali rešitve, ki se nam zdijo smotrne in učinkovite za odpravo le-tega. Predlagane rešitve smo analizirali in opisali pogoje za uvedbo. Ocenili smo vrednost investicij, ki so nujne za odpravo problema ter opisali možnosti nadaljnega razvoja podjetja.

Title:
Implementation of green logistics in internal processes of Plastika Skaza, d.o.o.
Abstract:
The thesis presents the company of Plastika Skaza, d.o.o particularly greening of internal processes in it. Their main activities are injection moulding and plastic processing. They also have their own brands Cuisine and Organko, brands which they develop and make products themselves as well. At the beginning of the thesis we described the company and introduced its structure. We precisely defined the concept of green logistics, internal transport and warehousing in theory. Afterwards we presented the existing situation in the chosen company. After working in the company we received insight in its processes and the actual situation of the department of production and warehousing. We also looked for a possible problem that could be disturbing the process and represent a cost to the company. We described an occuring problem at the beginning of the thesis and in the conclusion suggested some solutions which we believe would be efective for solving this problem. We analyzed suggested solutions and described terms of use. We also evaluated the value of investments which are necessary to eliminate this problem. In the conclusion we described opportunities for further development of this company.
