Title:ANALIZA SPLETNIH STRANI ZA ZAPOSLOVANJE Z VIDIKA KADROVSKE DEJAVNOSTI

Abstract:Ker je brezposelnost v današnjih časih velik problem, smo v diplomskem delu pregledali in analizirali šest najodmevnejših spletnih strani, ki tako iskalcem zaposlitve kot delodajalcem, ki iščejo primernega kandidata za razpisano delovno mesto, nudijo pomoč. Raziskali smo, katere informacije nam ponujajo na izbranih spletnih straneh na področju za iskalce zaposlitve in katere na področju za delodajalce, ki iščejo primernega kandidata za razpisano delavno mesto. Na straneh Alexa.com in PageRank Checker smo ravno tako pregledali priljubljenost izbranih spletnih strani po različnih kazalnikih in naredili primerjavo med njimi. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem, delu obravnavamo značilnosti interneta in spletnih strani, specifiko kadrovanja in zaposlovanja ter pomena spletnega kadrovanja v sodobnem času. Preverili smo načine in možnosti ponudbe in iskanja zaposlitve, ki jih ponujajo spletne strani za zaposlovanje, ter metode, ki se uveljavljajo na trgu dela z namenom zadovoljiti potrebe ponudnikov in iskalcev zaposlitve. V drugem, empiričnem, delu smo najprej s pomočjo kazalnikov izvedli primerjavo izbranih spletnih strani za zaposlovanje. Analizirali smo izbrane spletne strani za zaposlovanje in ugotavljali, v kolikšni meri te spletne strani nudijo iskalcem učinkovito pomoč pri iskanju in ponudbi zaposlitve. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili prednosti in slabosti spletnega kadrovanja tako za iskalce zaposlitve kot za delodajalce, ki iščejo primernega novega delavca, ter za lastnike spletnih strani, ki z oglaševanjem prostih delovnih mest igrajo pomembno vlogo na trgu dela.

Title:ANALYSIS OF WEB SITES FOR EMPLOYMENT IN TERMS OF HUMAN RESOURCES ACTIVITIES
Abstract:Since unemployment is nowadays a big problem, we reviewed and analyzed six most influential websites, where job seekers and employers, who are looking for a suitable candidate for this position, provide assistance. We investigated, which information are offered on selected websites for job-seekers, and which for employers, who are looking for a suitable candidate for the advertised-working position. On sites Alexa.com and PageRank Checker we reviewed popularity of selected websites through a variety of indicators and made comparisons between them. This dissertation is divided in two parts. In the first, theoretical, part we discuss characteristics of internet and websites, specifics of human resources and employment and the importance of internet personnel in modern times. Different ways and options of job-offers and -searches that can be found on employment web-pages are looked into. Investigated are also different methods that are asserted on the job-market with intention of meeting the requirements of tenders and job-seekers. In the second, empirical, part, with the help of pointers, the comparison of selected internet employment pages was carried out. These pages were analyzed. Afterwards it was established, to what extent job-seekers can find efficient help in search and offer of different jobs. With this dissertation we would like to establish advantages and disadvantages of web personnel for job-seekers, as well as for employers that are searching for a suitable new employee, and also for owners of these web-pages that play important roll in advertising free jobs on the employment market.
