Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili prenovo in optimizacijo skladiščnih procesov v podjetju FMC d.o.o. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo na kratko povzeli teoretične osnove prenove poslovnih procesov in v nekaj stavkih predstavili podjetje FMC. Nadaljevali smo z natančnim opisom trenutnih skladiščnih procesov, ki smo jih tudi grafično prikazali. Izbrali smo najbolj problematične skladiščne procese, jih kritično analizirali, predstavili dobre in slabe lastnosti teh procesov in jih skušali čim bolje prilagoditi zahtevam dela. Poudarili smo najbolj pereče probleme in napake ter ugotovili vzroke za nastanek teh napak. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili predloge za izboljšave in optimizacijo procesov v skladišču podjetja FMC, s katerimi podjetju zagotavljamo konkurenčno prednost na trgu. Optimizirane in prenovljene procese smo zapisali v obliki blokovnih diagramov in v obliki navodil za delo, ki so v veliko pomoč pri uvajanju novih kadrov. V zaključku smo definirali merila uspešnega izvajanja skladiščnih procesov, s katerimi lahko merimo učinkovitost prenovljenih procesov in spremljamo uspešnost prenove skladiščnih procesov. Na koncu smo analizirali in predstavili pozitivne učinke prenove in reorganizacije skladiščnih procesov ter možnost nadaljnjega razvoja skladiščnega procesa v podjetju FMC.

Title:
ANALYSE AND RENOVATION OF THE WAREHOUSE PROCESSES IN COMPANY FMC D.O.O.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present the renovation and optimization of warehousing processes in a company FMC d.o.o. In the first part of the thesis, we briefly summarized the theoretical basis of business process reengineering (BPR) and in a few sentences presented company FMC d.o.o. We continued with a detailed description of the current warehouse processes and write them in a graphical and procedural way. We chose the most critical storage processes, analysed them critically, presented strengths and weaknesses of these processes and tried to optimize them as much as possible. We will highlighted the most pressing problems and errors and identified causes for those. In the second part of the thesis we have presented proposals for the improvement and optimization of processes in the warehouse of the company FMC d.o.o, which will provide the company a competitive advantage in the market. Optimized and renewed processes have been written in the form of diagrams and in the form of work instructions, which will be of great assistance in the introduction of new workforce in the future. In the conclusion, we have defined benchmarks by which we will measure the effectiveness of the renewed processes and track the performance of the renovation of the warehouse processes. Finally, we analysed and presented positive effects of the renovation and reorganization of the warehouse processes and a possibility of further development of the warehouse process in a company FMC.
