Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava ohišje orodja za preoblikovanje pločevine. Naloga najprej predstavi funkcije orodja, nato pa primerja tehnične značilnosti ohišja orodja, če je izdelano iz sive litine v primerjavi z varjeno izvedbo ohišja orodja. V nalogi je izdelana trdnostna simulacija na litem ohišju, raziskovalno delo je osredotočena na podporna rebra, saj se lahko na njih materialno, kot tudi stroškovno največ prihrani. V simulacijah primerjajo različne debeline reber in njihov vpliv na konstrukcijske lastnosti ohišja. Konstruirano in modelirano je samo varjeno ohišje. Primerjalno lito ohišje pa je vzeto iz obstoječe proizvodnje orodij za preoblikovanje. Na koncu naloge je narejena stroškovna primerjava med litim in varjenim ohišjem orodja.

In the simulations the different thickness of the ribs and their impact structural features of the casing are compared. Designed and modeled is only welded casing. Comparative cast casing is taken from the existing production tools for transformation. At the end of the work it cost comparison between the cast and welded housing tools is made.
