Abstract:
Formalizacija organizacijske strukture predstavlja enega od ključnih elementov njene učinkovitosti. Učinkovita organizacijska struktura pa je ključni dejavnik konkurenčne sposobnosti podjetja. V prvem delu smo predstavili cilje, namen diplomske naloge, hipoteze ter metode dela. V osredje smo postavili organizacijsko strukturo in formalizacijo, ki vpliva na delovanje in uspešnost podjetja. Opredelili smo pojem organizacije, konstitutivne elemente, njene meje v delovanju ter se osredotočili na zgodovino oblik organizacijske strukture. Nato smo opredelili pomembnost komunikacije znotraj organizacijske strukture, saj formalizacija zahteva določene določbe na katerih je zasnovana. V tretjem delu smo predstavili organizacijsko strukturo mednarodnega podjetja X in cilje našega raziskovalnega dela. Na koncu pa smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika raziskovali organizacijsko strukturo podjetja.

Title:
Formalizational level of organizational structure in international company X
Abstract:
The formalization of the organizational structure is one of the key elements in order to be effective. Being effective as organizational structure is the key element of competitative company. In the first part we presented objectives, purpose of this thesis, hypothesis and work methods. In the center point will present an organizational structure and formalization that has been influenced by its function and success of the company. After that we interpreted the meaning of organization, its own elements, and where it lies in its working progress, we also focused on history of organization and shapes of organizational structure. In the third part, I presented the organizational structure of the international company X with its objectives and questioned how efficient formalization is within large organization. In the end, the last part is given a survey that showed the actual situation with proposals to improve the existing problem of it in this company.
