Abstract:
V Sloveniji so v zadnjem času naša vozišča v zelo slabem stanju in dobro bi bilo, da bi jim posvetili več pozornosti. Asfaltna vozišča v tujini že zamenjujejo z betonskimi vozišči in ta praksa se je pokazala za dobro. Betonska vozišča nudijo dolgo življenjsko dobo in manj vzdrževanja, kar privede do manj zastojev in tudi do manj stroškov. Nekaj znanja o gradnji betonskih vozišč v Sloveniji že imamo, gradimo jih na avtocestnih odstavnih pasovih, v tunelih in na letališčih. Tekom projektne naloge smo pogledali kaj so betonska vozišča in kako so zgrajena. Dobili pa smo tudi sliko, katere so glavne razlike med asfaltnimi in betonskimi vozišči in tudi kaj lahko pridobimo z grajenjem več betonskih vozišč pri nas.

CONCRETE PAVEMENTS
Abstract:
In recent time, pavements in Slovenia are in very bad condition, and it would be good to pay more attention to. Asphalt pavements abroad are already replaced with concrete pavements, and the practice has proved to be good. Concrete pavements offer long life span and reduced maintenance, which results in less congestion and also less cost. Slovenia already has some experience about the construction of concrete pavements, we build them on emergency lanes on highways, in tunnels and airports. Throughout the diploma we learned more about concrete pavements and how they are constructed. We also saw what the main differences between asphalt and concrete pavements are, and also what we can gain with the construction of more concrete pavements in our country.
