Abstract:Za preoblikovanje pločevine s progresivnimi orodji je poleg preoblikovalnega stroja in samega orodja potrebno materiale pravilno pripraviti. Za predpripravo materiala in posluževanje pločevine v orodje je dandanes na voljo veliko različne opreme, katera nam pomaga, da lahko zagotovimo kakovosten končni izdelek s čim manjšimi stroški. S pregledom tehnološke opreme, katera je potrebna za celotno proizvodnjo ter na podlagi že pridobljenih izkušenj želim umestiti oziroma se pravilno odločiti za pravilno rabo oziroma izbiro opreme, katera nam zagotavljala primerno kakovost in dober izkoristek samega preoblikovanega postrojenja, katero pa mora hkrati biti prilagodljivo na nov produkt.

Title:Supplying sheet metal forming machine with progressive industrial tools
Abstract:For progresive sheet metal forming, besides metal forming machine, also materials need to be correctly prepared. For preparation of the material and setting the metal sheet into a tool, there is a lot of different equipment, which help us to ensure qulity final product with minimized costs. With overview of the technological equipment, which is needed for entire production and based on obtained experiences, I'm trying to correctly choose correct equipment. Correct choice will ensure appropriate quality and good efficiency of the forming equipment, which also needs to be adjustable for the new product.
