Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni postopki urejanja spremembe namembnosti kmetijskega zemljišča za potrebe pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno zemljišče glede namenske rabe, z razdelitvijo in opisi vsake rabe posebej. V jedru naloge so predstavljeni primeri, kje pridobimo podatke o zemljiščih skupaj s predpisi, ki se navezujejo nanje. Izpostavljeno je kmetijsko zemljišče, saj je v zadnjem delu diplomskega dela predstavljen konkreten primer celotnega postopka spremembe namembnosti od pridobivanja podatkov o lokacijski informaciji do pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja za gradnjo.

Regulating procedures of changing the use of agricultural land
Abstract:
This thesis presents the regulating procedures of changing the use of agricultural land for the purpose of obtaining a building permit. The theoretical part presents the land in regard of land use, with the classifications and descriptions of each individual use. The main part of this paper highlights the examples of where to collect data on the land, as well as the regulations that govern this field. It is focused entirely in the agricultural land, since the last part of the thesis presents a particular case of the entire regulating procedure of changing the use of agricultural land, from obtaining data on the planning information to the final receipt of the building permit.
