Abstract:
Problem, ki ga obravnavamo v diplomskem delu je nizko število članov v Sindikatu delavcev v zdravstveni negi na Onkološkem inštitutu Ljubljana. Ključni namen, ki ga želimo doseči, je ugotoviti dejavnike, ki vplivajo na vpis v sindikat ter predlaganje ukrepov za dvig števila članov v sindikatu.

LEVEL OF SATISFACTION FROM MEMBERS OF TRADE UNIONS IN INSTITUTE OF ONCOLOGY LJUBLJANA
Abstract:
A problem that is discussed in the thesis is the low number of members of trade union workers in nursing at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana. The key purpose we want to achieve is to identify factors that influence on the enrollment in the union, and what will be possible measures to increase the number of members in the union.
