Abstract:
Pridobljeno novo stanje predstavlja izboljšanje delovnih pogojev, sodelovanje z zaposlenimi in dvig učinkovitosti opreme. Zaposleni s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami največ pripomorejo k ureditvi delovnih mest, kjer bo delo še varnejše in kakovostnejše.

Title:
Introduction of TPM and 5S method on the assembly line No. 7 in the company Domel d.o.o.
Abstract:
The purpose of the diploma thesis is to show how to improve clarity and safety with the help of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method and method 5S. Method 5S saves time and reduces expenses, on the other hand there is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) which is the foundation of contemporary slender production. Entirely Productive Maintenance provides large production achievements, changes working environment, as a result it improves working conditions and at the same time it increases worker's satisfaction. On the contrary, method 5S integrates costs decreasing in production with time saving and includes five steps that altogether provide success. Technological regulations are organising working procedures and there is a large emphasis on editing, order and discipline on working positions. Optimisation of productionand Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) 5S method we ensure clean and settled working places. With an analysis we will examine an existent conditions on prefabricated line and the results will show, where have the problems been caused by congestions. In conclusion we evaluate, that this method will perform in future because it is recommendable for all manufacturing plants in any industry. New condition which was obtained, presents an improvement in working conditions, collaboration with employees and also ascent of equipment efficiency. After all, employees are the most important because they aid the most in positions arrangements where working will be safer and at better quality.
