Abstract:Delovni čas in organizacija oziroma razporeditev delovnega časa predstavljata obvezno sestavino pogodbe o zaposlitvi in hkrati enega izmed bistvenih elementov za zagotovitev fleksibilnosti delovnih razmerij. Zagotavljanje fleksibilnosti na področju delovnega časa in organizacije delovnega časa je dandanes, glede na vedno bolj izražene potrebe trga po hitrem prilagajanju spreminjajočim se tržnim razmeram, ključnega pomena za zagotovitev konkurenčnosti in obstoja posameznega podjetja

Title:LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE ORGANISATION OF WORKING TIME
Abstract:Working time and organization and distribution of working time represent the mandatory component of the employment contract and at the same time one of the essential elements to ensure the flexibility of employment relations. Providing flexibility in working time and organization of working time is now crucial to ensurethe competitiveness and the existence of establishments, given the increasingly expressed needs of the market to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
